Apparently the “Rabiosa” pop star has been under the knife a few times. She was caught visiting a renowned plastic surgery clinic in Barcelona, which left fans guessing she got a tummy tuck. Shakira should not be judged for her personal decisions. But why deny it? The rich and the famous enjoy getting work done, especially after having a baby. There are pictures of Shakira with her children, Milan and Sasha, which show her tiny frame only three months after giving birth. When she was preparing to welcome her second son, there were also reports of a plastic surgeon on deck to give her a tummy tuck after the C-section.
Shakira’s father is Lebanese. This is where her belly dancing skills come from. Her grandmother taught her the art of Arabian belly dancing, which seems to be the signature of all her debuts. Although belly dancing can increase core balance, flexibility, toned abs, and help with better posture, it won’t flatten your stomach in only 3 months, especially after having a baby. Even with a lot of dieting and exercising, it will take time for your body, especially the abdominal area, to fully recover from pregnancy.
A tummy tuck or abdominoplasty can help remove excess fat and skin in the abdomen. It’s common for people to develop loose or sagging abdomen caused mainly by pregnancy, aging, and heredity. Results for this surgical procedure are permanent. However, women planning to get pregnant or lose a lot of weight in the future should postpone an abdominoplasty.
Shakira’s hips definitely don’t lie and her nose either. But this is something we will talk about on our next blog. I had no idea the procedure hadnt changed .. given the frequency of lypo procedures and the way they are done I would have thought .. well while I dont have washboard abs or tummy I would much prefer to have a mini face lift than a tummy tuck .. especially since it sounds so painful...IS TUMMY TUCKER SAFE?
